Hello All,
Jesus christ, it’s honestly hard to figure out where to start on this one. I spent most of the day before writing this, watching the first two Rings films, which were actually pretty good. Now, trying to prepare myself for the newest film coming out this weekend, I decided to watch the second American film…..and it’s just fucking awful. In fact, let’s just do this…..
Plot Summary - Six months after the first film, another copy of the tape finds its way back to the characters from the first film and then freaky shit starts happening and honestly I just don’t care and neither should you.
Pros - Nope
Cons - This movie, makes no goddamn sense. The plot is non existent, the movie is padded to death, it makes absolutely no goddamn sense, the first half of the film has nothing happening in it, and the second half not only over explains what’s going on, they also manage to also not have it make any sense whatsoever. Not in the context of this film, and not in relation to the first film either. They also changed the motivation of the antagonist’s actions and made the character worse for it. Nothing in this fucking film makes any goddamn sense and why did I waste my time watching it my god!
Final Score - 0/10
Fuck this movie. Just, fuck this movie so goddamn hard. Avoid it, skip it, don’t even think about it.
Next: Rings - We’re doing the next sequel tomorrow, and at least it can’t get worse than this one right?...........Right?............Please?
